Dear ADA Collection enthusiasts,
Did you know that Ada’s famous wrap belt was inspired by Japanese culture? Ada recently shared with me a personal story about the wrap belt, inspired by the obi belt from the land of the rising sun.
1. Maintain Regular Hours
The beauty of working from home is that you can be flexible in setting your working hours but be careful to don’t work nonstop or not working at all. Set regular hours and stick to it.
We all know that animal print never goes out of style, everything from coats to shoes have been covered in animal print. I specifically have a thing for leopard print (it’s really a neutral haha) but the snake print has getting all the attention lately.
The Ava Wrap belt has been stealing the accessory spotlight lately and making into the wardrobes of many fashionistas. This unique belt starts with a woven center and ends with a layered tassel making this the perfect boho wrap belt.
Please, welcome the IT BAG of the moment: the Fanny Pack. I know, you’re now probably thinking about your daddy’s fanny pack with velcro from the 80’s, but I have to tell you they came back way more interesting and chic.
A belt bag is not only a unique statement piece that will give you the fashionista style but they also are extremely functional and practical. You can walk hands free and that would be amazing for traveling or even an option for mom’s life (think walks, trips to zoo or just daily life).
A skinny belt can be worn over a blazer or cardigan, jeans and white top or even a polka dot dress. Get inspired by these 5 outfits and start upgrading every single look with a belt.
Goodbye, winter blues.
The shorter days and lower temperatures of winter are almost over, so if you’re anything like me, I like to start planning and dreaming of my spring wardrobe months ahead to start cheering up my mood and combat the winter blues, I think mind over matter is the best strategy—and what better to perk you up during the colder season than a colorful, happy outfit?
Well, recently I shot a short video with a few almost-spring outfits that are completely opposite from my dark color palette, featuring a beautiful mosaic blue, greens, whites, yellows and fuzzy textures that you can’t help but smile at. Just looking at them will make you feel a little warmer inside. Below, I’ve highlighted the 4 happy outfits and shopped out the key piece for each to re-create the look for yourself. With outfits this fun, the winter blues don’t stand a chance.
